I worked one semester making those calls ...


I finished one call and picked up my next card: Alan Bristow. I called the supervisor over and said "Yeahhhh, I think someone higher up should maybe be talking to this guy." They had no idea who he was. "Umm, he's the head coach of the Charlotte Hornets in the NBA."

"Yeah, okay. We'll get someone else to contact him."
